What you receive
- 01
An agreed blueprint
One kickoff workshop, the workflow and key screens, and written acceptance criteria. We confirm the scope before you book.
- 02
Working software on a private link
A responsive web application with one complete workflow, saved data and up to two user roles. You receive test access and a walkthrough.
- 03
One agreed integration or import
One defined operation through an accessible API, or one import from an agreed file. We verify feasibility before booking.
- 04
Your testing and revision round
Test the agreed workflow with representative data and your users. Approve it or send one consolidated round of in-scope changes. Bugs are corrected without using that round.
- 05
Deployment and source-code handover
After approval and full payment: the source repository, account access, a recorded walkthrough and operating notes. Access controls, error monitoring and backups appropriate to the app are included.
- 06
30 days of defect correction
Starting at approved handover, we correct defects in the agreed functionality. You also receive a prioritised list of next improvements; new features are quoted separately.
- The scope
- One complete workflow, up to two roles, one agreed integration or import, and one deployment. For larger products, this is the first usable part.
- Delivery and approval
- The 10 working days start once scope, access and materials are ready. We share the review link early enough for feedback where possible. Final handover follows your approval; late feedback or additional scope can move that date.
- Priced separately
- Additional workflows, native mobile apps, multi-tenant platforms, complex subscriptions and large migrations. Hosting, API usage and ongoing maintenance are estimated before booking and charged separately.
For established businesses
Give your team a working tool for one process. For example: turn an enquiry into an approved, branded PDF quote.
For founders
Put one core product journey in front of first users. For example: upload a document, review its analysis and export the result. The sprint enables testing; it does not guarantee demand.
From agreed scope to your approval
10 working days to a deployed review version, once scope, access and materials are ready. Your approval completes the delivery.

Frequently asked questions
Have another question? Talk to us
- Is this for businesses or founders?
- Both. Businesses get one usable operational workflow; founders get one core journey to test with first users. We confirm whether your scope fits before booking. A larger product needs further phases.
- Can I request changes before approval?
- Yes. Test the software through your private link and send one consolidated round of feedback. In-scope revisions are included. New features receive a separate quote before work starts. Defects do not consume the revision round.
- What does the 10-working-day deadline cover?
- Working software deployed for review, starting once scope, access and materials are ready. We aim to include your review and revisions within the sprint. Final handover follows approval; late feedback and new scope can move that date.
- How do payments and running costs work?
- Pay 60% to reserve the agreed sprint and 40% at approved handover. Prices exclude VAT. Hosting, API usage and ongoing maintenance are separate; we estimate them before you book.
- What do I receive at final handover?
- After approval and full payment, you receive the project source code, account access, a recorded walkthrough and operating notes. Third-party tools retain their own licences. You can continue with us or another developer.
- What happens after approval?
- You get 30 days of defect correction for the agreed functionality. Further development and optional maintenance are quoted separately. The sprint is a paid first phase; completed work is reused, not billed again.
