A first step with a clear scope

The Build Sprint covers one complete workflow, up to two roles and one agreed integration or import. A review version is deployed within 10 working days after scope confirmation and receipt of access and materials.

Fixed sprint price

€6,000

Excluding VAT. Hosting, APIs and maintenance are estimated separately. Payment is 60% on booking and 40% at approved handover.

Which processes can AI automate?
Repetitive work involving documents, messages or classification is a candidate. Feasibility depends on data access, example quality and error tolerance. We assess the workflow before committing to an implementation.
How do we control responses and data access?
We limit access to necessary information and agree checks, approvals and stopping rules. Providers and data-processing conditions are selected for the project requirements.
What costs remain after implementation?
Hosting, APIs, AI models and maintenance can incur ongoing costs. We estimate these for the agreed volume before booking; savings and accuracy are measured in the pilot, not guaranteed in advance.
