A first step with a clear scope

The Build Sprint covers one complete workflow, up to two roles and one agreed integration or import. A review version is deployed within 10 working days after scope confirmation and receipt of access and materials.

Fixed sprint price

€6,000

Excluding VAT. Hosting, APIs and maintenance are estimated separately. Payment is 60% on booking and 40% at approved handover.

How much does custom software development cost?
Cost depends on workflows, roles, integrations and data migration. The Build Sprint has a fixed price for a bounded scope; it is not the price of a complete ERP or a fully featured platform.
Can we keep our existing applications?
Yes, where they provide suitable API or export access. We check documentation, permissions and provider limits; a system without data access may require a different approach.
Who owns the code and what happens after launch?
Source code and project account access are handed over after approval and full payment. Third-party licenses still apply. Maintenance is optional and priced separately.
