ARLL had to feel trustworthy enough for real B2B buying while staying usable for the operator side of the marketplace. This was not brochure work. It needed a serious software foundation.

Business Problem

The marketplace needed a clearer operational surface for buyers, sellers, and internal operators handling inventory with real commercial stakes.

  • Reduce friction in B2B buying flows
  • Make the catalog and marketplace easier to trust
  • Support ongoing operator-side control, not only public browsing

Scope

The work centered on the platform layer required to make ARLL usable as a real system, not just a one-off launch asset.

  • Marketplace and account experience
  • Shared frontend and service architecture
  • A maintainable foundation for continued iteration

Outcome

The result is a live B2B platform at arll.eu built to support the client's commercial operation and future add-ons.

  • Production marketplace surface
  • Structured for ongoing delivery and maintenance
  • Designed for operational clarity, speed, and trust

Trust Signal

ARLL sits inside the same client environment as ASAP Reverse, so the work had to hold up inside a broader operating relationship.

  • Built for a live operator context
  • Adjacent to real logistics workflows
  • Paired with recurring support and upsell potential

ARLL is a modern B2B platform designed for performance, scalability, and operational clarity. The product was built to support an efficient digital marketplace where companies can buy and sell through a faster, more transparent, and more reliable experience.

We developed ARLL using a TypeScript-based monorepo architecture, combining Next.js for the frontend and ElysiaJS for backend services. This structure allowed us to keep the code modular, reuse logic across applications, and maintain a more efficient development workflow as the platform grew in complexity.

On the frontend, we used Next.js to deliver a fast and responsive experience, with an application structure that is scalable and easy to maintain. For the UI layer, we relied primarily on shadcn/ui, which helped us move quickly while keeping the interface consistent, clean, and easy to extend. On the backend, ElysiaJS provided a lightweight, high-performance service layer for business logic and integrations.

We chose PostgreSQL as the database because of its reliability, solid performance, and suitability for structured business data, while Drizzle ORM gave us a type-safe, developer-friendly way to manage the database layer in a fully TypeScript-based environment. By building the platform in a unified monorepo, we created a cleaner development workflow, improved collaboration across the entire codebase, and established a strong technical foundation for future growth.
