Klienta
A CRM for small B2B sales teams: every enquiry checked for duplicates, worked into a deal and closed with a tracked offer sent from the team's own Gmail.

Klienta
We built Klienta for small teams that sell to other businesses: a few people, one pipeline, offers sent by email. It started as work for one company whose CRM held their customers but not the products they sold, so prices and offers were rebuilt by hand every time. We put the catalogue inside the CRM, and when other small teams turned out to have the same split, we made it a product. Klienta takes a lead from the first enquiry to a signed offer, with GDPR handling built in rather than bolted on.
What We Built
- Lead Intake with a duplicate check: Enquiries from hosted forms or the team's own website, forwarded emails, notes typed after a call and spreadsheet imports all land in one queue, and each one is matched against existing contacts and companies before a person approves it and assigns an owner.
- One record per customer: Calls, emails, notes and offers sit on the contact they belong to, so whoever picks the customer up next reads the whole history first.
- A pipeline that fills itself: An approved lead opens as a deal on the board with its stage and owner already set, and every column shows the value of the deals in it.
- Offers built from the catalogue: Products and prices are written once and linked into offers, which go out from the salesperson's own Gmail as a web page rather than an attachment, with every version kept.
- Interest you can see: The offer page records when it was opened and which products were looked at, turns that into an interest level, and reminds the owner to check in one and two days after sending.
- Follow-ups, campaigns and call targets: Promised calls come back on the day as due, upcoming or overdue tasks tied to the contact, deal and offer, while campaigns give each person their own call list and daily call and offer targets.
- GDPR in the product: Every contact carries the legal basis for contacting them, the privacy policy is generated from workspace settings and versioned on every form, erasure requests are carried out and recorded, and access is set by role.
